The buyer has the right, without specifying a reason, to return the received (collected) goods within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of their transfer to him. The buyer must inform the seller of the intention to return the goods within this period. The returned goods must be undamaged, have not lost their commercial appearance, unused, with authentic labels, protective bags and all accessories with which they were sold. The goods must be in the original packaging with instructions and warranty card (if provided), in the same composition as when purchased by the buyer. Gifts received with the goods must also be returned.
The costs of returning the goods are covered by the buyer. In order to return the goods, the buyer must contact the seller by phone or e-mail, which are provided in the contact section, indicating the order number and VAT account number. The goods are returned to the address specified by the manager of www.ngusports.eu, which is provided to the buyer after the request to return the goods.
Return and refund process:
