Delivery of goods costs up to 200 euros.

The price of goods delivery depends on the selected delivery company and delivery method.

Buyers can choose from several delivery methods:

Delivery by courier to the address specified by the buyer. (LP EXPRESS delivery deadline 3-4 days, ITELLA delivery deadline 4-5 days)

Delivery to the selected post office. (LP EXPRESS delivery deadline 2-3 days, ITELLA delivery deadline 4-5 days)

IMPORTANT: we prepare orders on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays. Orders placed on these days after 3 p.m. can be prepared on the next shipping day.

When delivering a shipment of goods, the buyer or his representative must, together with the representative of the transport company, check the condition of the package of the shipment in accordance with the rules of the company(ies) providing courier services.

If a violation of the package of the package is detected, the buyer or his representative has the right not to accept the package.

The buyer has the right, without specifying the reason, to return the received (retrieved) goods within 14 (fourteen) days of their transfer to him.

The cost of returning the goods must be borne by the buyer.

In order to return the goods, the buyer must contact the seller by phone or e-mail, which are provided in the contact section. When applying for the return of goods, the buyer must indicate the order number and the VAT account number.

The goods are returned to the address specified by the manager of www.ngusports.eu, which is provided to the buyer after the request to return the goods.

Returned goods must be undamaged, undamaged, and unused. All returned items must be with original tags, protective bags and the same accessories as they were sold. Returned goods must be in their original packaging in good order (with instructions and warranty card if they were provided with the goods) in the same composition as purchased by the buyer. Gifts received with the goods must be returned at the same time.
